This summer TVAZZ will produce our most ambitious production to date: a stage adaptation built on the grandiose novel for which the author Carl Jóhan Jensen was nominated the Nordic Prize ofLiterature. This is a bloodcurdling tale that travels back and forth in time and space: the narrative transports the audience through unseen layers and hidden paths to reveal the darkest aspects of the human mind. The work is a linguistic tsunami which showcasesa brand new departure in Faroese writing and, indeed, Nordic literature as whole. If you haven't had the chance to read all 785 pages of the book, then take the opportunity to see the play this summer.

TVAZZ has gathered a dream-team of Faroese and Nordic performing artists, who all look forward to starting rehearsals by the end of June. The Opening Night will take place in the Nordic Housein Tórshavn in August. More on that later ….
